ABOUT LYNN
From a lineage of musicians, free-thinkers, and artists, Lynn Rosenzweig embodies the soul of Lynn Rachel Rose jewelry. Raised in Berkeley, California, Lynn's artistic odyssey began with classical piano training at the age of 6, and evolved into a love affair with fashion and design when she was a teen.
Lynn ventured to Florence, Italy at 20 and later studied at Parsons in Paris and New York where she received her BFA in Fashion Design. Lynn's path intertwined with luminaries like Herve Leger, and others which inspired her to pursue a career in fashion. She co-founded the iconic bridal fashion brand Ristarose in San Francisco. Her elegant bridal gown designs captivated hearts and graced the esteemed boutiques of Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman. She designed bridal gowns for celebrities Raquel Welch and Halle Berry.
After nearly 20 years in fashion design and business ownership, Lynn needed a change. She decided to work for other brands and businesses as a freelance designer crafting wine labels, textiles, and other collateral in Northern California and Italy. She also taught for 10 years as an adjunct professor of fashion design and illustration.
Many years later amidst the pandemic's chaos, Lynn rediscovered her true passion for hands-on creativity, and entrepreneurship bringing Lynn Rachel Rose jewelry to life.
4000+ mesmerizing, hand-crafted gemstone and 14k gold creations later, Lynn's pieces continue to exude not only artistic skill but a narrative of her life's kaleidoscope – a tapestry woven with travel, cultural immersion, and an unwavering commitment to family and personal well-being. Her designs mirror her ethos: vibrant, dynamic, and imbued with a spirit of boundless exploration. Join Lynn on her journey as she continues to weave tales of beauty, inspiration, and the art of living fully.
Lynn currently lives part-time in San Francisco, North County San Diego, and Amsterdam with her husband Paul. They love traveling the world together, enjoying everything that different cultures and places have to offer the senses, and seeking out new inspiration for LRR designs!
